2. Production process

The production process is also a very important part, such as using suitable and qualified production equipment to meet the structural and performance requirements of cable products. Common equipment such as extrusion machines, wire drawing machines, stranding machines, wrapping machines, etc.

3. Product inspection

The inspection department is a crucial department in the cable production process, as the income of production line workers is directly linked to product quality, and the work assessment of production line workshop managers is directly linked to quality. Strict operating procedures and quality responsibility systems are established for each process. The quality inspection department should use advanced instruments and scientific testing methods to regularly inspect the products off the production line.
