A qualified cable requires a complete set of processes and inspection and testing processes from raw materials to production and delivery to customers. For example, each qualified cable of Shenghua Cable needs to go through 8 processes and 46 quality inspection points, because only in this way can customers ensure that the cables they receive are absolutely up to standard and useful. Let's take a look at the processes and testing points together.

1. Twisting process
1. Before going online, conduct a single line diameter inspection, and the deviation of the single line diameter must be within the specified range of the process;
2. Check the appearance quality of the single wire, which should be smooth, free of oil stains, without serious mechanical damage, and the copper wire should not have severe oxidation;
3. Check that the selected rollers, wooden molds, and steel molds meet the process requirements;
4. Check the number of twisted single wires, arrangement method, twisted pitch, and twisted direction, which should comply with the process regulations;
5. Check the geometric dimensions of the twisted compression wire core, which should comply with the process regulations;
6. Check the appearance quality of the wire core, which should be tight and round, without burrs or sharp edges that can damage the insulation layer, and without protruding or broken single wires;
7. Check the single line joint, which must be welded, and the distance between the two joints should not be less than 300mm;
8. Check the quality of the wiring, ensuring it is flat, without crossing or stacking.

2. Insulation process
1. Check if the selected mold meets the process requirements;
2. Check the thickness of the insulation layer, and ensure that the average value of six points and the thinnest point meet the process requirements;
3. Check the identification mark of the insulated wire core, and ensure that the colored mark has a clear color; Clear and wear-resistant digital signage; The finished cable identification should have clear and continuous handwriting, and the content should meet the requirements of the process and plan;
4. Check the quality of the insulation layer, requiring good plasticization, smooth appearance, and no visible bubbles, impurities, or cracks;
5. Check the quality of extrusion, requiring the insulation layer to be tightly extruded onto the conductor, without any flattening, collision, bulging, loosening, or wrinkling;
6. Check the execution of the spark test, requiring all insulated wire cores to undergo a spark test, and the applied test voltage should comply with the process regulations;
7. The insulation wire core that has been broken down through the spark test must be rewound, repaired, and subjected to a new spark test, otherwise it is not allowed to flow down.
8. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.

3. Crosslinking process
1. Check if the selected mold meets the process requirements;
2. Check the thickness of the inner and outer semiconductors, and ensure that the thinnest point meets the process requirements;
3. Check the insulation thickness, requiring each axis of the cable to be inspected, and its average value and thinnest point should comply with the process regulations;
4. Each cable should undergo a cross-linking degree test, and the test results should comply with the process regulations;
5. Check the appearance quality of the insulation layer, and ensure that the surface is flat, free of bamboo knots, bubbles, and impurities;
6. Check the surface quality of the external semiconductor, which requires smoothness, flatness, and no impurities, wrinkles, or scratches.
7. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.
4. Shielding process
1. Check the number, direction, and overlap rate of copper tape wrapping layers, which should comply with the process regulations;
2. Check the quality of the wrapping, ensuring it is flat, tight, and free from wrinkles, curled edges, missing packages, and defects caused by bumps;
3. Check the quality of copper strip welding and require that the copper strip joints must be welded;
4. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.
5. Cable forming process
1. Check the arrangement, pitch, and direction of the insulated core of the cable, which should comply with the process regulations;
2. Check the specifications, dimensions, number of layers, and wrapping method of the wrapping tape, which should comply with the process regulations;
3. Check the appearance quality of the finished cable, and ensure that the wrapping tape is tightly wrapped without any folding, damage, or leakage; The filling should be full, the cable appearance should be round, and the non roundness should meet the process requirements.
4. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.
6. Isolation sleeve
1. Check if the selected mold meets the process requirements;
2. Check the thickness of the isolation sleeve, and the thinnest point should comply with the process regulations;
3. Check the appearance quality of the isolation sleeve, requiring it to be round and without any looseness, bulge, or leakage;
4. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.
7. Assembly process
1. Check the specifications, dimensions, number of layers, winding direction, and winding gap of the steel strip, which should comply with the process regulations;
2. Check the welding quality of the steel strip, and require that the steel strip joints must be welded. The joints should be flat, firm, and free of burrs, warped edges, and holes;
3. Check the quality of the wrapping, requiring it to be round, tight, and free from any omissions;
4. Check the quality of the wiring and ensure that it is flat, without crossing or stacking.
8. Outer sheath
1. Check if the selected mold meets the process requirements;
2. Check the thickness of the sheath, and the thinnest point should comply with the process regulations;
3. Check the quality of the protective layer and ensure that there are no defects in plasticization, burning, bubbles, or impurities;
4. After inspecting the appearance of the sheath, it is required that the protective layer is tightly squeezed onto the cable core, with a round and smooth surface, and there should be no flattening, loosening, bulging, leakage, or scratches;
5. Check the cable identification mark, ensuring that the handwriting is clear and continuous, and that the content meets the requirements of the process and plan;
